The members of the Interdepartmental Expert Council were approved
On September 17, 2009 in accordance with the order № 507 of STA of Ukraine from 17.09.09, the Chairman of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine Buryak S. V. approved personal staff of the Interdepartmental Expert Council which is supposed to resolve the disputes concerning application of tax legislation.
Specified permanent consultative and advisory body was formed in the STA of Ukraine under the control of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated July 29, 2009 № 870.
