Obligatory audit

The Audit company EXPERT renders the following types of reporting based on results of the audit of entities financial-economic:

• Audit report on plenitude and authenticity of accounting and reporting in compliance with the requirements of the Auditor Chamber of Ukraine;
• The Audit report in compliance with the requirements of SKSSM;
• The Audit report in compliance with the requirements of NBU;
• Expert conclusions and certificates in all other cases.

Initiative audit

The primary tasks of the audit are to determine:

• The actual financial state of the Company;
• Accuracy of keeping the accounting and reflecting economic operations of the Company in accounting records;
• Plenitude and timeliness of payments with budget and off-budget funds;
• Conformity of legal registration of economic activities of Company to the legislation of Ukraine;
• Recommendations to improve the state of financial and economic activities of the Company;
• The optimization of keeping accounting records and taxation of the Company.

Due Diligence

Depending on necessity and requirements of top management we can carry out audit of thematic character (audit of particular issues of financial and tax accounting), as well as complex audit covering all the issues of financial and economic activities of the Company with the detailed economic analysis.

Such audit can involve both inventory of material assets and money funds and examination of the conformity of actual property to business accounting data.

Audit by international standards
